Service Description
Transpedia is a mobile application that provides real-time message translation through Telegram integration. Users can communicate by translating messages into 50+ languages.
User Responsibilities
When using the Service, users must comply with the following:

- Maintain account security

- Respect other users' rights
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited:
- Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the Service
- Harassment, threats, or fraud against other users

- Unauthorized collection of others' personal information
Payment and Refunds
The stated fees will be charged when subscribing to paid services. Subscriptions are automatically renewed until cancelled, and refunds are processed according to applicable laws and app store policies.
Account Suspension and Termination
If a user violates these terms, the Service may suspend or terminate the account without prior notice. Users may delete their account at any time within the app.
Limitation of Liability
The Service does not guarantee translation accuracy and is not responsible for damages caused by translation errors. The Service is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties.
